try to remember
but no, there is no time
to remember, until
it is too late
i wonder, if we will remember
in the end

or will we
have forgotten
the relevance
by then

i am aware, of how
no one ever listens
or understands
there just is not time

more important things
to do
may be if we listened
understood
we would know
what was important

like knowing who
to listen to
how to listen
understand

will we ever learn?
yes we learn
but we learn the wrong things

through education we learn
how to keep ourselves busy
so busy that there is no time
to listen, to understand

we learn
but we never learn to listen
nor to understand

Yes! it is great when we can live for a moment
a piece of pure now

we can't forget, anything
the experience helps us have better nows
otherwise we need to seek solutions wherever they may be

from time to time, we will be reminded of everything
and of everyone that we have ever known
and i wonder how we find the time
to do that
