i have no doubt
because i feel it
rather than think it
in my heart
rather than in my mind
in the other half
of my brain
without being
half hearted

in words
which flow
not from my mind
nor even from
my heart
but from some other place
which i share
rather than own
i roam
in peace
though not alone

it rips right through me
like a bullet through my brain
and somehow gives me life
and helps me realise
what is important

i feel
even when i am powerless to do
and love
once again
is something new
